Now that I have your attention with this truly amazing breakfast, let me introduce you to the delights of Hutch & Co. This cafe is a favourite amongst locals in the Yarra Valley and for good reason. Just look at this pancake stack with chocolate ganache, honeycomb marscapone, crispy meringue and roasted peanuts. Prefer something savoury?
How about their Sharing Board? Two eggs your way on sourdough, pulled ham hock, corn and potato fritters, smashed avo, goat’s feta, short cut bacon, mushrooms, slow roasted tomatoes, spinach, house made hash brown and a small serve of French Toast to finish. Certainly enough for two people, maybe more. But we were VERY hungry and it was all so good, so two of us managed to make this disappear :)
